CBRE is seeking a Sr. Building Operator in Canada to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and lead routine repairs while supporting energy efficiency and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
