You will translate stakeholder direction into actionable backlog items, maintain delivery visibility, and coordinate across engineering, architecture, product, and business workstreams. Responsibilities include turning outcomes into backlog items with acceptance criteria, keeping a current, prioritized backlog, and providing regular status updates.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. BSA- AI/Copilot/Banking who will support delivery coordination across engineering, architecture, product, and business workstreams. The successful candidate will translate stakeholder direction into actionable backlog items, maintain delivery visibility, and support clear communication across a growing team.

• Experience coordinating meetings, actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams while understanding relevant terminology.
• Undergraduate degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Co-Pilot Studio.
• Financial services or banking experience.
• Previous experience supporting related initiatives.
• Experience in an engineering delivery coordination role.
