BeachHead Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to drive enterprise data and AI initiatives within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs, document plans, and support data and analytics solutions across risk management domains. The role emphasizes Python/SQL analytics, Agile participation, and effective communication to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes in a fast-paced finance-enabled

Formación

• 10+ years of risk management experience in financial services or healthcare.
• 5+ years of business or data analyst experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and Agile principles.
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation.
• Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and scripting.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of CoPilot or similar AI-assisted tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well-organized with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
