Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience to join its Marketing team in Canada. The role focuses on executing partner-focused marketing programs, strengthening relationships, supporting product launches, and coordinating creative assets across channels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or marketing, excellent writing skills in English and French, and a track record of delivering effective,

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing or communications experience with successful track record in tactical execution.
  • Strong writing and editing skills and ability to craft copy for English and French channels.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Proven project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing programs aimed at new and existing business partners in markets across Canada.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to optimize marketing assets across channels.
  • Support product launches, client acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Develop marketing plans and activate tactics with measurable results.
  • Lead creative agencies and coordinate with internal teams on collateral and channels.
  • Review and update partner- and consumer-facing communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all messaging and materials.

About the role

Fairstone is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Marketing with 5+ years' B2B marketing experience to join our Marketing team.

What you’ll do
  • Execute marketing programs aimed at new and existing business partners in markets across Canada
  • In collaboration with retail financing Account Managers, strengthen partner relationships by participating in meetings and proposing the right mix/match of marketing assets and channels
  • Support teams across the organization for product launches, acquisition and retention efforts, and initiatives and communications aimed at enhancing partner and consumer experiences
  • Participate in the development of marketing plans, as well as activate tactics and report on their effectiveness
  • Direct creative agencies and collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to develop and update marketing programs, collateral and channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update partner- and consumer-facing communications
  • Write, review and edit French and English copy for internal- and external-facing collateral, campaigns and channels
  • Update the financing promotion resource center website, which houses collateral and reference documents to help our partners promote financing to their customers
  • Ensure consistent use of name, logo and brand attributes and that the message and tone of all communications adhere to brand standards
  • Assist with developing and launching customer- and partner-experience surveys, as well as reporting on results and identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen brand-related messaging, and provide insights to the product and sales teams to help them continually innovate
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, and uphold Fairstone's mission, vision and values
  • Maintain creative library and approval documentation
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing or communications experience with successful track record in tactical execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communications, marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Superlative writing and editing skills
  • Experience working with a creative team and external agencies, including creative, data and production vendors
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Superb communication and diplomacy skills toward fostering positive relationships with peers, management, and partners
  • High degree of proficiency with the MS Office product suite
  • Financial services sector and/or B2B marketing experience are considered assets

What you can expect - pay & process

Expected base salary range is $75,000 - $84,000, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.

All candidates considered for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of their work experience to qualify for hire.
