Join to apply for the Sr Account Manager - Datacom role at ADI Global Distribution .

The Regional Datacom Specialist (70% Business Development / 30% Account Management) will be responsible for developing new business, as well as growing and managing existing accounts within our Datacom Team.

The role involves selling products such as Network Cabling, Data Center, and Network Hardware Solutions, along with supporting sales productivity through planning, reporting, customer management, and achieving revenue goals. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities to increase ADI's market share.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing key customers and execute growth strategies.
  • Engage with Datacom Vendors to develop regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Present ADI's Datacom products and services, emphasizing features and benefits aligned with customer needs.
  • Manage all engagement aspects with customers for the Datacom Team.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the regional sales team as a Datacom subject matter expert.
  • Lead continuous improvement and change in the sales organization.

MUST HAVE :

  • 3-5+ years of experience in the Datacom industry, specifically Networking Cabling Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
