Nevvon is hiring an Senior Account Manager

Through our innovative platform, we provide on-line training that aim to improve staff recruitment and retention, save time and money for agencies, and ultimately enhance the quality of care.

Join our growing global team as an Account manager for mid-market clients, to generate predictable revenue by delivering process-driven excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive, results-oriented strategies.

Here’s what you’ll be focused on :

Onboarding

  • Minimize time to value with proper onboarding of agencies
  • Increase adoption of Nevvon with well planned and thoughtful roll outs
  • Probe to determine agencies success metrics and become aligned on how to achieve them

Customer Lifecycle

  • Conduct value-based conversations throughout the year to find opportunities for growth
  • Increase stickiness of Nevvon within agencies through cross selling
  • Create account plans for each agency to give transparency on where you plan to take the agency
  • Adhere to outreach KPI’s and SLA’s

Renewals

  • Proactively consult agencies about upcoming renewals
  • Negotiate terms while balancing the needs of both the agency and Nevvon
  • Maximize growth and stickiness through cross selling more products
  • Hit personal targets quarterly and contribute towards the team revenue targets

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to have :

3 years of experience as an account manager or in customer success

  • Experience in working with a CRM
  • Experience in working in a remote environment
  • Technically oriented
  • Experience in negotiating contract terms
  • Experience working with multiple contacts for a single account

These are not a must, but will provide you with an advantage :

  • Experience in working with Hubspot
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • A ‘How can we make this better?’ mindset
