Job summary

A community-focused charity is seeking a Sport, Day Camp and Climbing Supervisor in Calgary. In this role, you will lead a team, ensure high-quality programming, and build relationships with participants. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with youth. The position also offers a salary range of $48,786 to $60,982 per year along with numerous benefits including health and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with youth.
• NCCP Fundamentals is an asset (basketball, soccer or badminton).
• Climbing Wall Instructor certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of staff & volunteers for Sports, Day Camps, and Climbing.
• Ensure high quality of programs and program design delivery.
• Build relationships with families, participants, volunteers and staff.
