Job summary

1to1 Rehab in Toronto is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver CTN‑authorized School‑Based Rehabilitation Services in publicly funded schools within the Greater Toronto Area.

You will manage an paediatric community caseload, conduct functional assessments, provide time‑limited interventions, collaborate with educators and families, and complete documentation to CTN, MCCSS, and CASLPO standards. Independent contractor with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Registration with CASLPO in good standing.
• Experience with paediatric populations preferred (but not required).
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last year.

Responsibilities

Caseload Overview

We are currently recruiting for one full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to support an paediatric community caseload funded through Children's Treatment Network. Services are delivered in publicly funded schools.

You will have the opportunity to:
