Job summary

1to1 Rehab is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathologist for School-Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) funded through CTN, in East York. This is a full‑time independent contractor role offering a flexible schedule and autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support.

The role delivers CTN‑authorized SBRS in publicly funded schools, with a pediatric caseload and opportunities for mentorship while maintaining day‑to‑day independence in the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Registration in good standing with CASLPO is required.
• Experience with paediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional liability insurance is required.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence is preferred.
• Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CTN-authroized School-Based Rehabilitation Services in publicly funded schools.
• Complete functional speech and language assessments related to school participation.
• Provide time-limited, consultative interventions using SBRS best practices.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other SBRS providers (OT, PT).
• Develop and share practical strategies to support classroom communication.
• Complete required documentation and reporting per CTN, MCCSS, and CASLPO standards.
• Support transitions and discharge planning once SBRS goals are achieved.

Caseload Overview

We are currently recruiting for one full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to support an paediatric community caseload funded through Children's Treatment Network. Services are delivered in publicly funded schools.

You will have the opportunity to:
