Job Description

Provides assessments and treatments to patients. Supervises and promotes activities of a designated unit within the area of speech‑language pathology to ensure patients receive high quality speech‑language pathology intervention and students receive high quality clinical education. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Competencies: Communication skills, Organizational skills
• Knowledge & Abilities: Positive approach to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity; Ability to demonstrate initiative, independent judgment & organizational skills
• Additional: Registered/eligible with SK Assoc. of SLPs and Audiologists (SASLPA)
