This role offers the opportunity to deliver neurodiversity‑affirming, strengths‑based speech‑language pathology services that are meaningful, functional, and family‑centered.

This role is well suited to an SLP who values variety in their work, autonomy in clinical decision‑making, strong collaboration with families, and making a tangible impact in the lives of children and families.

  • We prioritize autonomy, self‑determination, and child‑led, strengths‑based approaches that align with current best practices in speech‑language pathology and autism support.
Work‑Life Balance
  • Enjoy a flexible Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, opportunities to bank time for additional days off, and a hybrid model that allows for a mix of in‑person and virtual service delivery.
  • CFASA is committed to continuous learning, offering paid professional development, access to a shared resource library, and ongoing mentorship from experienced clinicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Supportive Team Culture
  • You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values inclusion, reflection, and the voices of Autistic individuals and families, and is committed to meaningful, family‑centered supports.
Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to CFASA‑wide initiatives, professional learning opportunities, and continuous improvement efforts.
