We are hiring a permanent, full time Early Childhood Development Speech‑Language Pathologist (S‑LP) for Williams Lake Cariboo Community Health Services.

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Shift time: 08:30 to 16:30

About This Position
  • As an Early Childhood Development Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will work with children from birth to school entry and their families, supporting a diverse population from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
  • Your role will include screening, assessment, intervention, coaching, and education in all areas of speech, language, and communication development.
  • You'll collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support early communication skills and participate in family‑centred, culturally responsive care.
  • This position also involves regular collaboration with professionals from the Ministry of Children & Family Development (MCFD), the Ministry of Education, and local community organizations, allowing for a truly team‑based approach to early intervention.
