We are a private practice providing individualized and neurodiversity-affirming speech-language services to children and their families. Our clinic values warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to meeting each child at their own pace and level of development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication goals.
• Provide speech and language therapy to children with various communication challenges.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and session notes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A registered (or pending registration) Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• 2–5 years of experience preferred, but applications from ambitious and passionate new grads are welcome.
• Strong passion for working with children, especially neurodivergent populations (e.g., Autism, ADHD, developmental language disorders)
