SE Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in clients’ homes and communities. You’ll work within a diverse team to maximize independence and outcomes, applying a client-centered approach to address physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs.

You will assess, set goals, and implement treatment plans, with potential involvement in the Aphasia program. The role supports flexible, supportive leadership and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

  • Graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program who are in good standing with the Ontario regulatory college.
  • Experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of community resources is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements


  • A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathologists and are a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario

  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.

  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset

  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

  • A positive work and attendance record is essential

  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications

  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
