Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You will work with a diverse team to help clients achieve goals in home and community settings, applying a client-centered approach across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs.

You will collaborate in an interdisciplinary rehab team, contribute to Aphasia programs, and leverage community resources to maximize client independence and outcomes across Canada.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Experience in acute/rehab or community rehabilitation programs preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Adaptive to new computer applications.
  • Hybrid work model enabling remote and client-site care.

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathologists and are a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
