Job summary

SE Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide client-centered assessments and treatments within a hybrid work model across Canada. You will work with a collaborative rehabilitation team to address physical, cognitive, social, and communication needs in home and community settings.

The role emphasizes rapport-building, adaptability, and ongoing professional growth with mentorship and education support. Your contributions will impact clients’ recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
• Demonstrates reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional demeanor.
• Able to work effectively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Strong knowledge of community resources is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathologists and are a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario
• Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
• Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• A positive work and attendance record is essential
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications
• This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
