Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our compassionate, client-centered care team. You will deliver high-quality assessments, develop goals, and implement treatment programs that help clients maximize independence in homes and communities.

Based in Canada with a hybrid work approach, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to Aphasia programs while supporting clients across our network.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Experience in acute/rehab or community rehab preferred.
  • Able to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Proficient with community resources and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments and formulate goals and recommendations.
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs.
  • May participate in our Aphasia program.

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathologists and are a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
