Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join the Niagara Region team on a casual per-visit basis, with a mix of in-home and virtual visits. The role offers flexible scheduling and the possibility of independent contractor arrangements.

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate client records while remaining compliant with professional standards and Bayshore policies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and registered with the College.
  • 2-3 years experience in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • In-home assessments and treatments are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnelComplete other tasks as requestedQualifications:What you bring:Master’s Degree or recognized equivalent in Speech-Language PathologyRegistered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech-Language Pathologists required.2-3 years experience providing Speech-Language Pathology services preferred.Experience completing in-home assessments and treatments is an asset.Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments.
