Job summary

Qualifications

• Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

• Computer experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Home Depot shopping experience for Customers, ensuring customer needs are met and inquiries resolved.
• Lead and coach Associates and Department Supervisors to meet store objectives and performance measures.
• Ensure adequate scheduling to meet customer demand across departments.
• Train Associates to deliver quality customer service and communicate store goals.
• Recruit and place Sales Associates with appropriate skills for special orders and installs.
• Develop staffing for specialty areas to meet appointments and demand.
• Drive store profitability by monitoring sales and standards; communicate goals.
