Job summary

McKesson Canada provides courteous, high-quality service to retail pharmacies across Canada. As the first point of contact for pharmacists, you will build strong relationships, assist with product orders, answer questions, and promptly resolve concerns, while ensuring a positive experience with McKesson Canada.

This role requires 2–3 years in customer service, preferably in a call centre; hybrid work model; shifts 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre.
• Experience in a pharmacy and/or hospital setting is an asset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, multichannel support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond to inquiries, service requests, and complaints with a focus on quality and care.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system while maintaining data integrity.
• Assist customers with product orders and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
