What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the setup and configuration of livestock monitoring systems
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for technical issues
- Deliver remote training and review system operations for customers
- Maintain computers and livestock technology products, including software updates
- Collaborate with sales to create site layouts for livestock monitoring equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or DEC (2-year college degree) with a focus on livestock or technical disciplines
- Proficient in French (written and spoken) if located in Quebec; English required for other Canadian provinces
- Valid motor vehicle driver's license without restriction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and approval processes during travel or asset purchases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with herd management software (e.g., DC305, PC Dart, Bovisync)
- Previous livestock experience, such as working on a farm
