Job summary

Vetio Animal Health, a rapidly growing CDMO in Montreal, is seeking a Documentation Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant management of GMP-related documentation across raw materials, processes and finished products.

You will organize documentation, manage GMP training materials, maintain records, coordinate investigations and ensure regulatory compliance, while promoting process improvements and cross-functional collaboration within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain documentation related to raw materials, processes, and finished products.
• Manage GMP training materials and coordinate personnel training. Maintain training records and document completion by employee role or profile.
• Coordinate customer complaint documentation, tracking, and response processes including investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer-response deadlines.
• Ensure documents comply with GMP standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance, and approve them within the scope of assigned authority.
• Ensure documents are properly stored, organized, retained and readily retrievable.
• Manage the document lifecycle—from creation and review through approval, revision and archiving—while maintaining version control.
• Ensure documents are consistently labeled, indexed and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Identify and implement improvements to documentation processes to support ongoing GMP and regulatory compliance
• Assist in team projects, ad hoc assignments and process improvement initiatives
