Definity seeks a UI/UX Designer to join Sonnet’s Customer Experience team. You’ll design mobile-first experiences for sonnet.ca and email, collaborate with product owners and developers, and craft accessible landing pages and A/B tests.
You’ll write development stories in Jira, work in a CMS, and help shape design systems in an agile, start-up style environment. This hybrid role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

As part of Sonnet’s Customer Experience team, you will design and optimize mobile-first digital experiences across sonnet.ca and email channels. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll support website enhancements, A/B testing, landing page creation, and accessibility-focused solutions that improve the customer experience and support business goals.
$59,300 - $109,200
