Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) is hiring a Specialist, Talent Enablement to help growth and development across the workforce. You will support talent management, learning, and analytics initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Enablement, you will develop tools, dashboards, and materials, partner with leaders, and drive continuous improvement in programs that enhance the employee experience.

As the successful candidate, you will become a trusted partner in delivering talent programs and employee experiences that support AIMCo's people strategy.
Final candidates will be asked to undergo a security screening, which includes a credit bureau and a criminal record investigation, the results of which must be acceptable to AIMCo.
