Reporting to the Senior Manager, PI Operational Planning & Analysis, the Specialist, [PI Operations Reporting & Analysis] plays a key role in supporting Personal Insurance leadership through delivery of business performance reporting, financial analysis, and actionable insights. This role is responsible for producing management reporting, analyzing key business trends and performance drivers, and supporting planning and forecasting activities that enable informed decision-making across the Personal Insurance business.
The position works closely with Finance and business stakeholders to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and operational improvements while helping ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of reporting processes.
Salary Range: $73,500-$123,500
Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
