A leading company in the Canadian spirits market seeks a Payroll Coordinator to manage and process payroll for multiple cycles. The role requires strong proficiency in payroll software, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of tax regulations in Canada and the USA. You will also support the Payroll Manager and assist with special projects. This is a contract position extending through July 2025, offering opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating and processing the activities of multiple payroll cycles and companies, performing checks, reconciliations and balancing as required. Develop and process ad hoc reports as required for governmental, internal and Pernod Ricard needs. Provides additional support to Manager, Payroll & Mobility NA and Specialist, Payroll NA for special projects and implementations.
