Role Overview :

As a Remote Payroll Data Specialist , you’ll be responsible for processing and maintaining payroll data with precision and confidentiality. This role supports the accuracy and efficiency of payroll operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Input, review, and validate employee payroll data

Assist in payroll processing cycles and reconciliation

Maintain accurate records of hours, earnings, and deductions

Ensure compliance with provincial and federal payroll regulations

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies

Prepare reports and support audits as required

Qualifications :

2+ years of payroll or data processing experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, or Workday)

Knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations

Proficiency in Excel and data entry tools

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

PCP certification (or working toward it) is an asset
