Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Telecommunications, the Specialist III, Telecommunications will be responsible for providing technical support and the daily administration of TDSB’s corporate voice telephony services, including all schools and administration and other support facilities. This position will also assist with the design, selection, configuration and implementation of end user voice telephony systems, maintain system documentation for all TDSB sites and participate with staff relocation/restructuring/reorganization projects, as they arise.
Location: 1 Civic Centre Court, Wheelchair Accessible
Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. *Subject to operational needs
Hours: 35 hours per week
