We are seeking a hands‑on, experienced Specialist, Ethics, Compliance & Privacy to support our Global Ethics and Compliance function, reporting directly to the Global Leader, Ethics, Compliance and Privacy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys risk mitigation, understanding and implementing ethical decision‑making frameworks, developing and delivering training, leading Code of Conduct initiatives, and contributing to projects in a fast‑paced, growing international environment. The role is based in Montreal, but the successful candidate must be prepared to travel, if necessary.
The Ethics & Compliance Specialist will support the Global Leader, Ethics & Compliance, and work closely with managers and employees across CAE’s business units on a broad range of compliance matters essential to mitigating legal and regulatory risks associated with the company’s global operations.
