Job summary

LTIMindtree in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an experienced Data Modeller to design, develop and maintain enterprise data models that support insurance operations, reporting and regulator disclosures. You will work onsite with cross-functional teams to support policy administration, claims, underwriting and risk management.

The ideal candidate has strong data concepts, relational modeling expertise and governance experience, with hands-on use of ERStudio/PowerDesigner/Visio tools.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise data models for insurance operations.
• Strong relational database design and data modelling methodologies.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management and data quality.
• Proficient in ER modeling and dimensional modeling techniques.
• Hands-on with ERStudio, PowerDesigner and Visio tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise data models for insurance domains.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering and Business Architecture teams.
• Maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata and data dictionaries.
• Support data quality, governance, audit and compliance initiatives.
