Job summary

LTIMindtree in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Salesforce nCino Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on delivering effective Salesforce nCino solutions, gathering requirements, and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria.

The successful candidate will analyze banking workflows, act as SME for nCino, support UAT, and collaborate with developers and product owners in an onsite setting.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino.
• Experience in financial services, banking or lending domain.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scripts and defect tracking.

Role Summary

The Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to deliver effective solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform

• Experience with Loan Origination Systems LOS
