Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Finance Analyst to support the financial management of our client portfolio. This role will partner closely with Finance and client-facing teams to manage budgets, forecasts, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and client financial reporting.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with excellent organization, judgment, and relationship‑building capabilities. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, identifying financial issues before they become larger problems, and providing clear financial guidance that helps teams make informed decisions and protect project profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial requirements of an assigned portfolio of clients, including client-specific financial reporting and final reconciliation.

  • Monitor client revenue and vendor expenses to support accurate billing, revenue recognition, and project reconciliations in accordance with client agreements and company policies.

  • Partner with client-facing teams to provide financial guidance, identify risks, and help inform decisions related to revenue recognition, vendor spending, and project economics.

  • Manage accounts receivable for assigned clients by ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on time, monitoring outstanding balances, and proactively addressing collection issues.

  • Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy in alignment with project budgets.

  • Produce accurate and balanced financial reports while identifying potential issues such as budget overruns, write-offs, unusual spending patterns, tax considerations, or other financial risks and escalating them appropriately.

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, client finance, project accounting, billing, or a related financial operations role; experience within a professional services, consulting, agency, or project-based environment is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, job costing, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, financial risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client priorities, meet deadlines, and respond with appropriate urgency in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to build relationships, collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
