Join the EPCMO (Enterprise Project and Change Management Office) team, in the Specialist, Change Management position. In this role, you will create and lead change management strategies that support the successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes across CMHC. Working closely with leaders, stakeholders, and project teams, you will drive employee engagement, readiness, and adoption. As a trusted change management expert, you will develop and implement people focused solutions that maximize business benefits, strengthen organizational change capability, and support the successful delivery of strategic priorities.
This is a temporary position with a duration of 13 months.
