Now Hiring: Accounting Specialist – AR, Reporting & Analysis | Markham, ON

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Markham. If you are detail-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to play a key role in financial accuracy and reporting, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Do

• Process daily invoicing, upload invoices to customer portals, and support collections and AR reporting
• Set up and maintain customer accounts with accurate financial data
• Track and manage customer commissions and vendor rebate files
• Support month-end accruals and reconcile assigned GL accounts
• Assist the controller with financial analysis, including budget versus actuals and variance reports
• Contribute across the finance team as needed to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement
  
  

What You Bring

• 1–4 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong skills in Excel and experience with tools such as SAP, Sage, or Oracle
• Well-organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to handle confidential financial data with a high degree of accuracy
