4Seasons Transportation in Calgary, AB is seeking a Special Needs School Bus Driver to safely transport students with disabilities to and from school, while building positive relationships with families and staff.

You will maintain a calm, safe bus environment, assist with boarding and mobility devices, perform daily pre-trip inspections, and follow GPS-guided routes. The role emphasizes safety and compassionate student support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of winter driving experience.
• A valid Alberta Class 5 (non-GDL) licence or higher.
• Ability to secure parking for the small school bus near your home.

Special Needs School Bus Driver.Every day, you'll do more than drive a bus, you'll help students with disabilities arrive safely, confidently, and ready to learn, while building real relationships with the students and families you serve.

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school
• Build positive, professional relationships with students, families, and school staff

Pay:

Pay: up to $116/day (split AM/PM routes)

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years of winter driving experience
• Monday–Friday availability, both AM and PM (6:30–9:30 am and 1:30–4:30 pm)
• A valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Alberta driver's licence or higher
• Ability to secure parking for the small school bus at or near your home (we'll walk you through what qualifies)
• Comfort with light physical duties, such as assisting students on/off the bus and securing mobility equipment
• A clear driver's abstract, criminal record check, and vulnerable sector check
• Completion of drug testing
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
