Ontario Northland is seeking a Spare Customer Call Centre Representative to handle inbound calls, live chat and other media inquiries for tickets and schedules. The role is remote (Northern Ontario) with shift work and a 24/7 operation.
You will sell bus/train tickets, provide fare information, and respond to inquiries while maintaining high service standards. English/French fluency and 2–3 years of experience are required; flexibility for evenings and weekends is necessary.

RATE OF PAY: $26.1559 - $29.0621/hour (Increases set out as per the collective agreement. Full rate effective after 1 year of service)

The Customer Call Centre Representative is responsible for receiving and relaying of information from incoming calls, live chat as well as various media platforms.
The successful candidate will need to pass the following clearances: criminal record check, employment references and education verification.
