Job Description

For guests seeking rejuvenation, inspiration, and personalized attention, Fairmont Banff Springs offers a wide selection of luxurious Spa experiences. Your care and professionalism as a Spa Therapist show our guests that they are unique and valued – and you will take pride in knowing that your skills help them feel their very best.

Compensation can reflect $70+ per hour while massage services are being performed.

Job Duties Include:

  • Reporting to the Massage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly service.
  • Perform all 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute massage and body treatments, as certified/trained to do.
  • Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
  • Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area.
  • Maintain current professional licenses, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
  • Participate in in-house training opportunities in our professional product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clientele.
Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Spa preferred.
  • Certificate from an accredited school of Body Work.
  • Proven experience with facials, nail services, massage, and body treatments.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Constant standing/walking throughout shift and ability to lift and carry 20+ lbs.
Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
