Bodhi Wellness Canmore is seeking a friendly and dependable casual flex Spa Attendant to help keep our spa flow smooth and guests feeling welcome. The role involves greeting clients, sharing information for a relaxing visit, and coordinating bookings with the team.

You will support therapists and management with daily operations, handle payments, and respond to inquiries across channels. Flex shifts offer variety without a fixed schedule, in a boutique Canmore setting.

• Warmly welcoming clients and providing information to create a relaxing spa experience.
• Booking new appointments and managing the schedule, including checking for booking errors.
• Handling payments and insurance billing.
• Responding to inquiries by phone, email, texts and walk-ins.
• Supporting therapists and management with daily operations.
• Restocking amenities and ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Daily opening / closing procedures.
• Keeping the spa clean and assisting with laundry.

Our Casual Flex Team supports Bodhi when we need an extra set of hands – there’s no fixed schedule. When a shift comes up, we’ll reach out, and you let us know whether you are available to cover.

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable casual flex Spa Attendant to join our team at Bodhi Canmore! This role is essential to supporting the flow of our spa operations and help create a calm, welcoming, and memorable experience for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Warmly welcoming clients and providing them with all the information necessary to create a relaxing and seamless spa experience.
• Booking new appointments and managing the schedule, including consistent checking for booking errors and contacting clients for additional information where necessary.
• Handling payments and insurance billing.
• Responding to inquiries – phone, emails, texts and walk-ins.
• Supporting therapists and management with daily operations.
• Restocking amenities and ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Daily opening / closing procedures.
• Keeping the spa looking beautiful and operating smoothly with daily cleaning tasks and flipping/folding laundry.
