Job summary

InterContinental Toronto Centre is seeking a Full-Time Spa Attendant in Toronto. The role involves maintaining a clean Health Club/Spa, welcoming Members and guests, and ensuring high standards of service throughout shifts.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, fluent English, and a valid Smart Serve certificate. Some nights, weekends, or holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus one year experience in a similar environment.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Other languages preferred.
• Must hold a valid Smart Serve certificate.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Spa duties and maintain the cleanliness of the locker rooms, common areas, and all areas related to the Health Club/Spa throughout shift.
• Greet and treat Members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• At the beginning of each shift, check all supplies to ensure adequate stock; replenish from the stock room as necessary.
• Check steam room, sauna, and/or pools for proper temperature and cleanliness. Adjust or clean as necessary.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
