Responsibilities

• Complete Spa duties and maintain the cleanliness of the locker rooms, common areas, and all areas related to the Health Club/Spa throughout shift.
• Greet and treat Members and guests in a professional and friendly manner; address each person by name and give full attention.
• Check supplies at the beginning of each shift and replenish from stock room as necessary.
• Check steam room, sauna, and pools for proper temperature and cleanliness; adjust or clean as necessary.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
• Serve and handle alcohol as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Inspect, stock, and maintain Health Club/Spa in a clean and orderly manner and promote a relaxing and enjoyable environment. Ensure the security of the guest by verifying guest registration.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete all Spa duties and maintain the cleanliness of the locker rooms, common areas, and all areas related to the Health Club/Spa throughout shift.
• Greet and treat Members and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Follow established rules of engagement, e.g., treat each client as if they are the only person in the room giving them full attention, address each person by name, etc.)
• At the beginning of each shift, check all supplies to ensure adequate stock; replenish from the stock room as necessary.
• Check steam room, sauna, and/or pools for proper temperature and cleanliness. Adjust or clean as necessary.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
• Required to serve and handle alcohol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

High School diploma or equivalent plus one year experience in a similar environment. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred. Must hold a valid Smart Serve certificate.

This job requires ability to perform the following:

• Frequently standing up and moving about the facility.
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Handling objects, products and equipment.

Other

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with clients and guests.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.
• Basic math skills are used frequently.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
