Sunwing Vacations Group is seeking a Home-Based Travel Expert to deliver high-quality service to consumer travel clients while building long-term relationships for repeat business. The role supports selling a full range of travel products and providing detailed travel information from a remote setting.

The position requires travel advisor experience, provincial certification and TICO, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.
• Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e. detailed travel documentation, etc.).
• Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking.
• Assist in the resolution of client complaints.
• Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance to company policy.
• Works closely with Consumers, Tour Operators and various Internal Support departments.

As a results and detail-oriented Travel Expert, you are responsible for providing high quality service to consumer travel clients and for emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base
• Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets
• Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e. detailed travel documentation, etc.)

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a Travel Advisor

• 1 year of previous retail travel agency experience
• Located anywhere in Canada
