Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple stores and businesses (Retail, Rental, Custom). The role focuses on building high-performing teams with a Legendary customer experience, based in London, Ontario or Kitchener, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will lead through coaching, analyze performance, manage budgets, and drive district strategy to maximize sales and brand standards while traveling to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years leading retail teams or equivalent experience.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with sales/financial data understanding.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide store teams and set clear expectations to drive results.
• Analyze district performance and coach store managers on reporting and actions to improve profitability.
• Develop and implement regional strategy to maximize sales and consistent performance.
• Oversee schedules and store visits to ensure customer-ready operations and brand standards.
• Manage budgets and contribute to real estate and market insights.
• Drive local marketing initiatives and talent development across stores.
