Job summary

Running-Room in Canada is seeking a motivated retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service, learn product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced running gear store.

You will engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their needs, maintain personal productivity, and support store operations. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• 0-3 years of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
