Job summary

The Running Room is hiring a Part-time Assistant Store Manager in Montreal, aiming for 20–30 hours per week. You will support the store with the manager, help customers, operate the cash register, and keep the shop tidy while upholding merchandising standards.

We value runners who love the sport and community, can communicate clearly in English, and are autonomous with little supervision. Weekday and weekend availability is preferred.

The Running Room sells running shoes, apparel, accessories, nutrition, and electronics. Most importantly, we help people start running and keep running. We offer advice and encouragement to everyone who walks through the door, whether they've just started exercising or are a seasoned ultra-marathoner. Our goal is to help people find the right size or the perfect product, not to aggressively sell.
