Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous: Accepter, refuser, endosser, renouveler ou résilier des polices conformément aux lignes directrices et procédures de souscription d’Intact, aux lois et règlements applicables, et dans les limites d’autorité établies par le gestionnaire de souscription. Développer des occasions d’affaires et des relations durables et significatives avec nos partenaires courtiers en offrant un service exemplaire. Mettre à profit vos aptitudes de négociation pour maintenir des relations harmonieuses à l’interne comme à l’externe. Répondre aux demandes et formuler des recommandations aux courtiers et aux souscripteurs, tant à l’oral que par écrit. Participer aux visites chez les courtiers, aux activités sectorielles et aux événements de mise en marché afin de soutenir le développement des relations avec les courtiers. Examiner les rapports de souscription et formuler des recommandations au besoin. Communiquer les changements liés à la tarification, aux lignes directrices de souscription et aux nouveaux produits. Soutenir et encadrer les membres de l’équipe des Solutions spécialisées ainsi que d’autres unités chez Intact.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en souscription de lignes spécialisées, notamment en entreprises, finance, construction, technologies et divertissement, responsabilité civile, énergie, biens, agriculture, transport et/ou développement des affaires. Orientation solution, solide approche analytique et gestion rigoureuse de risques complexes pour soutenir une croissance rentable. Capacité à établir des relations professionnelles durables avec les courtiers, les clients et les partenaires internes. Communication proactive, avec aptitude à cerner les besoins et à négocier des solutions adaptées pour les courtiers. Gestion de multiples priorités et délais serrés tout en maintenant la qualité, même sous pression. Esprit critique, respect des points de vue diversifiés et collaboration interfonctionnelle en tant que membre d’équipe efficace.
