Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Sous Chef for a day foodservice operation, including all production and service. The Sous Chef may be responsible for overseeing the operation in the absence of the Executive Chef.

You will follow safe and healthful work practices, observe safety and security procedures, and communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and GM regarding all station requirements. We encourage leadership and aim to provide guests with a great experience, following all the 7

• The Sous Chef must communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and General Manager (GM) regarding all station requirements.
