Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Sous Chef to supervise day-to-day foodservice operations, including production and service, and to step in when the Executive Chef is unavailable.

Candidate must model safe work practices, communicate clearly with the Executive Chef and GM, and take on leadership responsibilities to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
