*Matteo's Ristorante*We are looking for a skilled, *passionate, enthusiastic* *Sous Chef *to complete our team.*Matteo's is a small 32 seat, fast paced restaurant opened Tuesday-Saturday.

Are you someone who:

• has a familiarity with Italian cuisine is preferred.
• has the ability to run point efficiently under pressure
• can properly maintain a clean work station

Food handlers certificate required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous 2-3 years? experience in this field.
• Multitasking Skills
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary
• Prepares food for the restaurant, events and is a team leader for those under them
• Works under the direction of the owner and strong leadership when working with others
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness and demonstrates by example when using proper handling of food techniques

• Working effectively while putting food up simultaneously in timing accordance
