Gigi’s is opening soon at TriCity Central in Coquitlam, and we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the opening team!

A proud spin-off of the beloved Ask for Luigi, Gigi’s takes that same passion for food and hospitality and amplifies it into a larger, more vibrant experience. Who you are:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Lead Line Cook in a high-volume setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • A passion for food, creativity, and an excellent work ethic
  • A desire to learn and to lead by example
