Southlake Health is seeking a Sourcing and Contracts Operation Specialist in Newmarket, Ontario. The role focuses on purchasing, contract coordination, and capital purchases, supporting requisitioning and supply chain activities.

You will assist with RFQ/RFI/RFP processes and collaboration with the Manager of Materials Management, while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or a relevant field.
• CPP, CSMP, or OIPMAC-Purchasing certification or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a healthcare purchasing and strategic sourcing environment.
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications.
• Project management and conflict resolution training.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Knowledge of McKesson’s Pathways Material Management is an asset.
